Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds with olive oil, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and honey. Stir well until all the almonds are evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated almonds in a single layer.
- Roast the almonds in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.
Notes
- Store cooled almonds in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of Sriracha or substitute with a mild chili powder.
- For nut-free options, use sunflower seeds instead of almonds.
