Description
Peach Raspberry Overnight Oats are a delightful and nutritious breakfast option that combines sweet peaches and tart raspberries for a refreshing start to your day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium ripe peach, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the oat mixture and mix thoroughly. Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more honey if desired.
- In a glass or jar, start by adding a layer of the oat mixture at the bottom. Follow this with a layer of sliced peaches, then a layer of raspberries. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with a layer of the oat mixture.
- Cover the glass or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak overnight, or for at least 4 hours, so they soften and absorb the flavors.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a creamier texture, blend the oats and milk before adding the fruits.
- Experiment with different fruits and nuts for variations.
