Description
A delightful combination of tender steak bites and creamy, cheesy garlic butter noodles, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the sirloin steak pieces generously with salt and black pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add egg noodles and enough water to cover them in the same skillet. Bring to a boil and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet when noodles are nearly done and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain excess water if necessary, then add remaining butter and heavy cream.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and adjust seasoning. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley and cheese if desired.
