Description

A delightful treat combining creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and rich maple syrup, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g of rolled oats
  • 100 g of chopped pecans
  • 60 ml of maple syrup
  • 30 ml of honey
  • 500 g of Greek yogurt
  • 200 g of fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped pecans, maple syrup, honey, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden and crispy. Allow it to cool completely before using.
  3. Wash the fresh berries and slice them if necessary. Set them aside for assembly.
  4. In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of Greek yogurt. Follow with a layer of granola, then a layer of fresh berries. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  5. Drizzle a little maple syrup over the top of the parfait for an extra touch of sweetness. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy texture of the granola.

Notes

  • Store yogurt and granola separately to maintain crunchiness.
  • Layer yogurt and berries in advance, adding granola just before serving.
  • Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
