Scale
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Mash the roasted garlic and spread it over the ricotta.
  5. Add fresh spinach on top of the garlic.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheeses over the spinach.

  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice.

Notes

  • You can use fresh garlic instead of roasted for a stronger flavor.
