- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Fill each cored apple with the cheesecake mixture, pressing it down gently.
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix well.
- Top each filled apple with the crumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place apples in a baking dish and drizzle lemon juice over them.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until apples are tender and filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use apples that hold their shape well during baking such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
- Substitute graham crackers with gluten-free crumbs for a gluten-free version.
- Let the apples cool slightly before serving to allow the cheesecake to firm up.
