Campfire Strawberries

  • Author: Chef Bella

Description

Delicious campfire-roasted strawberries coated in gooey marshmallow fluff, drizzled with rich chocolate syrup, and optionally topped with crunchy graham crackers for a fun and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • Hershey chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
  • 2 to 3 graham crackers, crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Pierce each strawberry gently with a skewer.
  2. Dip each skewer-pierced strawberry generously into marshmallow fluff.
  3. Roast the coated strawberries over medium heat on the campfire, turning slowly, for 30–45 seconds until the marshmallow fluff caramelizes and turns golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat, let cool briefly, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle crumbled graham crackers on top before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute strawberries with bananas or peaches if desired.
  • Use homemade or vegan marshmallow cream for dairy-free options.
  • Replace graham crackers with gluten-free crackers or crushed nuts for gluten-free needs.
  • Swap chocolate syrup with dark chocolate, caramel sauce, or powdered sugar for different flavors.
