- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Notes
- For a lighter option, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Swap chicken for shrimp or tofu for a different protein.
- Use gluten-free penne pasta for a gluten-free version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat with a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce.
