Avocado Sriracha Deviled Eggs are a delightful twist on a classic favorite, combining creamy avocado with a spicy kick from Sriracha.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (plus extra for garnish)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, bringing to a boil, then letting them sit covered off heat for 12-14 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the cooled eggs, slice them in half, and remove the yolks. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with avocados, lime juice, mayonnaise, and Sriracha until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill the egg white halves with the avocado mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  4. Garnish with extra Sriracha and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
