Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
